STREA Institute is the education and workforce-development division of STREA, the agency behind STREA Studio and STREA Systems.
01Why an Institute
STREA Studio designs and builds websites. STREA Systems works on how businesses run. Both involve organizations adopting new tools, and how well people can use those tools decides whether any of it pays off.
The Institute exists to work on that directly. It has its own purpose, which is education, and its own pace. We’re building it carefully because the people we’d be teaching have real work to do and little patience for training that wastes their time.
The direction is workplace AI literacy, responsible and secure use, applied skills for everyday professional work, team adoption, human judgment, and measuring whether training helps.
02What we’re developing
Education for the people who do the work.
The Institute is developing workplace AI education that starts from a person’s role and the documents, decisions and risks that come with it. The aim is for people to use tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude with confidence and judgment, within the rules their organization sets.
Programs are in development, and enrollment isn’t open yet. We’re shaping them in conversation with organizations, so the most useful thing you can do is tell us what your team needs.
