Our Approach

A way of teaching AI that starts with the job.

This is how we intend to teach. It’s a working method, and we’ll refine it with the first organizations we work with.

01Five principles

  1. 01

Start with the role, not the tool

An estimator, a project engineer and a property manager use AI for different things. Education should begin with what a person does all day, find where a tool helps and where it doesn’t, and leave feature tours for later.

  2. 02

    Teach judgment alongside skill

Getting an answer from a model is the easy part. Knowing whether it’s right takes practice: checking sources, catching confident mistakes, and deciding what a person should still do.

  3. 03

    Make safe use the default

People shouldn’t have to recall a policy document while they work. We plan to build the handling of sensitive information into the exercises themselves, using your organization’s own rules.

  4. 04

Treat adoption as a team activity

Individual workshops produce individual enthusiasm. We expect lasting change to need managers who can recognize good use, shared examples, and somewhere to bring questions after the session ends.

  5. 05

Measure, and report what you find

Before a program starts, agree on what better looks like: time on a defined task, quality as judged by a manager, confidence, policy slips. Check again afterward and tell the organization what changed, including when it’s less than hoped.

02How an engagement could work

Four stages, designed with the organization.

  1. Listen

Learn the roles, the tools already in use, the policies in place, and where people feel stuck or nervous.

  2. Teach

Hands-on sessions built around the group’s own tasks and documents, with sensitive material handled according to your rules.

  3. Support

Follow-up for the people who adopt and the managers who guide them, so practices spread past the first session.

  4. Review

Compare results against the measures agreed at the start, then decide together what comes next, including stopping.

Formats, length and group size are open. We’ll fit them to the organization.

03What we won’t do

Commitments we can make today.

  • We won’t claim results we haven’t measured.
  • We won’t present credentials, partners or client stories that don’t exist.
  • We won’t tell people that AI will replace them, or that it can’t.
  • We won’t recommend a tool because it’s popular.
  • We won’t ask anyone to put sensitive information into a tool their organization hasn’t approved.

If this sounds like what your teams need, tell us.

Describe the work your people do and where AI fits in it. What we hear shapes what we build first.
